🎯Do you already feel like E&C is a place for you? Let's see if this particular role is also what you're good at. As a Commercial Account Manager you will:

  • Own and nurture key client relationships – you’ll be the main commercial point of contact for your assigned portfolio, ensuring every client feels supported, valued, and understood

  • Identify opportunities to sell & upsell, with a focus on IT products and solutions, aligning offerings with client needs and business goals

  • Prepare and lead client meetings that go beyond status updates

  • Take full ownership of renewals and contract management, including scope changes, addendums, and all the details that keep collaboration running smoothly

  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) sharp and reliable by maintaining accurate client data, contract info, and invoicing notes

  • Be a visible, proactive voice within the Sales & Marketing team - sharing updates, raising risks, celebrating wins, and contributing ideas

Job requirements

🧩 We feel that to be successful & satisfied in this role, t’s good to bring a mix of curiosity, analytical thinking, and client focus. Ideally we look for:

  • Mindset: confident communicator, organized, resilient, eager to learn, creative problem-solver

  • Experience in client management: 1-3 years would be great, preferably within a software or IT company

  • Accountability: we value proactivity and eagerness to take ownership

  • The spirit: you’ll thrive here if you feel at home in a fast-paced, international environment, where things move quickly and collaboration crosses borders

  • Client focus:  collaborative mindset with genuine interest in client success and look for ways to make partnerships stronger and smoother
