🎯Do you already feel like E&C is a place for you? Let's see if this particular role is also what you're good at. As a Consultant you will be trusted with:
Risk Strategy: : advising clients on minimizing energy-buying risks, developing purchasing and renewable strategies, and negotiating contracts
Market Analysis: identifing trends, opportunities, and insights within the energy and risk management sectors
Sustainability and green energy buying: explore the best green energy solutions (solar, wind, cogeneration, etc.) and support clients in contracting them
Projects: assessing possibilities for renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and innovative energy sourcing projects
Job requirements
🧩 We feel that to be successful & satisfied in this role, t’s good to bring a mix of curiosity, analytical thinking, and client focus. Ideally we look for:
Mindset: confident communicator, organized, resilient, eager to learn, creative problem-solver
Energy enthusiasm: following energy market trends, and being curious about how regulations and innovation shape the energy transition
Analytical strenght: bility to interpret data, run calculations, and draw insights during tendering processes
Experience in client facing roles: 1-2 years would be great, however if you have less or more, but still feel it's a fit, do not hesitate to apply
Education: bachelor’s degree in Consulting, Business or Energy Management, or a related field is preferred. Yet again - if you have a different one but still feel the thrill, let this not stop you!
Knowledge: a basic understanding of energy markets or risk management is an asset — but we’ll train you thoroughly
Languages: English and Dutch fluency required; German is a strong plus.
Travel: willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with team members (internationally).

Final round interview: Business case (can be prepared in advance) & discussion on the online assessment + meeting the team - 90min
